Freight
Due to the wide range of products offered on our site, we will be adding the exact shipping charge accessed by the most economical carrier, at the time of billing. If additional insurance charges above the amount provided by the carrier are required, those charges will be added to your order. Most orders are shipped within 1 - 2 business days.
Return Goods
La Crosse Church Supplies wants you to be pleased with every purchase.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with a product, we will
do whatever is possible to resolve the situation. In many instances items
can be returned for full credit, shipping charges will not be refunded.
All returns require prior authorization. All returns of regular stock merchandise
must be made within 10 days of receipt and accompanied by a letter of explanation and copy of invoice.
No claims will be considered after the 10 day period.
Dated or custom ordered merchandise cannot be returned.
Special ordered items, items over $100 and items returned after 10 days will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Web Terms
Customers must supply a valid credit card number and email address in order to purchase merchandise online. Your email address is required so that we may contact you regarding your order. Credit card number and expiration date are validated at the time of shipment, so enter you number carefully. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Checks and PO's (Purchase Orders for existing La Crosse Church Supplies customers with open account status).
Confidentiality
Your email address, postal address, phone number and credit card information are encrypted before transmission to our Order Department. This information is kept strictly confidential and will not be shared with any other party.
Pricing
Prices are F.O.B. shipping point and subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors made during the publication of our catalog or website. The customers will be notified of any price changes prior to shipment of their order.
